2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
-Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
-The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
-The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
-An unboxing video is mandatory for return or exchange requests to verify the claim.
-Sarees with custom stitching, fall and edging, or personalized modifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
-Email us at sareeghar790@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return/exchange, and clear images of the product.
-Attach the unboxing video as proof for verification.
-Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns/exchanges.
-Once approved, customers must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
4. Refund Policy
-Refunds will be issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products and upon successful return approval.
-Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
-Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
-Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
-Custom-stitched or altered sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Minor variations in color, fabric, or zari work due to photography or screen differences will not be considered defects.
6. Cancellation Policy
-Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
-No refunds or modifications will be allowed after order confirmation.
